I just wanted to let you all know that I just called the Bloom on W Ga Rd and confirmed that they are doing Super Double coupons this week. They will double any coupon up to 1.99. The usual rules apply. Only 20 coupons per day (or per transaction-depending on your manager). Happy Shopping!
